Our client, a small law firm here in Kansas City, came to us looking for help with their IT management. The Law Firm relies heavily on their IT systems to store a massive number of files, allow for collaboration between legal team members, and keep all their sensitive client data secure.

The Frustration 

Our law firm client was running into issues with their file storage and it was distracting them from their profitable case work. They knew there must be better ways to share, collaborate on, and store the files that they needed, but they didn’t have the time or the expertise to find a solution. The Fix

We helped them make the move to Microsoft 365. Utilizing M365 gave them the added benefits of a centralized and cloud-based file storage, sharing, and collaboration tool. With them constantly on the go it was important that they could check in and have access to the documents they needed from anywhere. We also implemented regular data backups to reduce the risk of losing important information that they rely on.

Since they shifted to a cloud-based solution, we helped adjust their security measure to accommodate this change. We added network security and also handle their endpoint management. In addition to these services, we offer helpdesk support services so they no longer have to waste their time on fixing IT issues.
